About the Foam

Yes — our professional foam solution is just a foaming agent. It's biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and safe for eyes, skin, pets, grass, and the environment. Kids can play in it from start to finish without any worries.

Our foam is non-staining and washes out easily. We still recommend kids wear swimsuits, athletic clothes, or anything you don't mind getting wet. Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after.

Our machines produce mountains of foam — usually waist-deep on a child within minutes. The foam keeps coming the entire run time, so the party stays full of bubbles from start to finish.

Booking & Payment

The fastest way is online — head to the booking portal, pick a date, choose your package, and pay the $100 deposit to lock it in. You can also call or text Brian at 330-260-5888 or Nancy at 234-301-2041.

Right after you pay the deposit: (1) you get a confirmation email within a few minutes with your booking details, (2) Brian or Nancy reaches out within 24 hours to confirm address and any final logistics, (3) we send a friendly reminder a couple days before, and (4) on party day we arrive an hour before your start time to set up. You don't have to do anything else until we show up.

$100 holds your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept cash, card, or any major payment method.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your start time and your $100 deposit is fully refundable — no fee. Same-day cancellations less than 2 hours out get a credit toward a future booking. Once our operator arrives on-site, the deposit is non-refundable. Weather cancellations made before we travel to the event are always fully refundable.

Every host needs to sign a simple waiver before the party. It covers acknowledgment that you've prepared the setup area, that guests are participating at their own risk (just like any active play), and that you've reviewed the cancellation and weather policies. It takes about a minute to read and sign.

On Party Day

We arrive about an hour before your party start time to set up. Setup takes around 60 minutes; tear-down takes under 15. You don't need to do anything during setup — just show us where to go.

Swimsuits are perfect, but athletic clothes or anything they can get wet works great. Bare feet are fine on grass; water shoes or old sneakers work on pavement. Bring a towel and a change of dry clothes for after.

Each foam machine handles up to 30 guests at one time. If you're expecting more than 30 active participants, we'll bring a second machine for $75/hr extra to keep everyone covered.

Absolutely — and we encourage it! Foam parties aren't just for kids. Some of the best parties we run are full of adults having just as much fun as the children.

Setup & Logistics

Three things: an outdoor water source (we bring the hose), an outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet (we bring the extension cord), and a safe, level setup area. That's it.

Both work great. Foam is safe for grass and won't kill your lawn. On pavement, kids might want water shoes since the surface gets slippery while wet.

We can set up near a pool, but the foam itself can't go in the pool. Our host monitors the play area and keeps foam coverage clear of pool edges so swimmers stay visible at all times.

Free travel within 30 minutes of Berlin, Ohio. We charge $50 for 30–60 minute drives and $75 for 60–90 minute drives. Booking outside that range? Reach out — we'll work something out.

Weather

Rain? No problem. We can absolutely party in the rain — kids are getting wet anyway! The foam still flows, and the fun doesn't stop. Lightning or severe weather is the only exception.

If lightning or severe weather rolls in, we pause the event for safety. We can extend the run time by up to 30 minutes if the storm passes quickly. If less than 45 minutes of foam time can be provided, we'll issue a 50% discount. If we can't reasonably start at all, we'll work with you on a reschedule — credit toward a future booking, no fee.
